Southgate Lincoln is searching for an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· MUST HAVE previous dealership experience (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus);

· MUST HAVE sales experience;

· Ability to work and structure new & used car deals;

· Detail oriented and highly organized.

. Monitor and oversee timely funding of contracts.

. Likes working with people.

. Competitive in nature-likes to win, but Does the Right Thing Always.

Job responsibilities will include:

· Effectively communicate with various lending institutions to get customer’s financed;

· Meet with all new & used vehicle customers to explain the benefits of Finance products;

· Managing numerous transactions at once;

· Tracking monthly progress;

· Logging products sold and profit per product; complete monthly reporting.
